An Entrepreneur with 47 years of Business experience and since 1992, Mr Rao started his Executive Search Business when India had started the liberalization process. In the last 32 years Mr Rao has placed around 1200 Executives across various Business Sectors including Automotive, General Engineering, Med Tech, FMCG & Renewable Energy.

He is the Founder Promoter of a Niche Recruitment Company called Special Recruitment Groups Pvt Ltd (www.izzat.co.in) which helps connect Defence Veterans with Corporates in India for suitable re-employment opportunities.
Mr Rao is the Chairman of the British Business Group Pune Chapter which is an UK-India Bilateral Trade Platform and the Pune Chapter Chairman of the Federation of Indo-Israeli Chambers of Commerce.
He is a Rotarian since the last 32 years and was also the Past President of his Rotary Club.
Jaideep Gokhale
Jaideep is a Sustainability and Business Leader – a corporate veteran with 32+ years of multi-country and multifunctional experience; and now, an independent advisor and consultant, helping companies fulfil their Sustainability, Communications, CSR and Public Affairs mandates.
Jaideep’s last 25 years in corporate were with Swedish-Swiss multinational Tetra Pak, a world leading food processing and packaging solutions company and a global pioneer in innovation and sustainability. In his last assignment with Tetra Pak, he served as Vice President Sustainability for the Asia Pacific region comprising some 24 countries. Prior to Tetra Pak, he garnered valuable Sales and Marketing experience across b2c and b2b in cigarettes, CNG kits and software. Jaideep has also founded and served on several cross-industry advocacy and recycling boards and alliances and in his personal capacity, now promotes and is involved in environmental causes.

Sylvia Smetna

Sylvia Smetana is a Co-Founder of Divershefy and Founder of Divershefy Club. For more than 25 years Sylvia has held leading roles such as Director of Finance, Advisor, Entrepreneur and Board member in organizations located in Europe, US and India. She worked with value driven CEOs and business owners to build diverse high performing business cultures and empower women to reach the top. With an MBA from the University of Vienna (Austria) she started her career with KPMG and has many years of experience as Change Leadership expert.
Sylvia’s passion is helping women to become top global leaders and enabling more diversity in leadership. Through Divershefy she and her team train, mentor and place women into Board and C-level positions. She is hosting Divershefy Panel discussions, monthly Masterclasses and the Divershefy Conference as well as speaking at other organizations conferences and events.
Abhishek Kalla
Abhishek is a Partner in the Firm and heads the M&A, Energy & Infrastructure and Corporate Governance teams of the Firm. Over the years, Abhishek has developed reputation as a lawyer with unique inter- personal skills that continue to be utilized by him in large cross jurisdictional transactions with a nexus to Sultanate of Oman.
Prior to joining the Firm, Abhishek worked at a leading Omani law firm where he advised a plethora of international clientele on M&A transactions and IPOs. Abhishek has worked directly with international finance, accounting and business advisory firms in advising clients on Sultanate of Oman law issues and has, over the years acquired reputation as one of the leading counsel on capital markets and as someone with the unparalleled “amalgam” of know-how and skills required to close complex and large international transactions. Abhishek has a penchant for conducting seminars on Omani Law including corporate governance, project finance and Islamic finance and has conducted these seminars for employees and staff of several banks and international and local financial institutions.
Abhishek’s dispute resolution practice comprises of acting for domestic and international companies and consultancies, construction companies and contractors on a wide range of arbitration matters. Abhishek understands that expensive and prolonged litigation is not always in the client’s best commercial interests and endeavours to help clients resolve issues without resorting to court. Richard Bright

Richard Bright, CEO Carbon Registry-India(CR-I) by Network for Certification and Conservation of Forests(NCCF) is a seasoned IT and digital transformation leader who has been in the field for over two decades, efficiently managing custom software development & solutions, information technology operations and driving sustainability initiatives through digital transformation.
Before, joining NCCF in 2019, Richard served as the Director at Teleperformance (Digital Integrated Business Services), where he led global Software service delivery across nine countries. His tenure at Teleperformance was marked by his ability to navigate the complexities of the IT industry and deliver results that surpassed expectations. Prior to that, he held leadership positions with companies like Intelenet Global Services, Serco, Kuoni Travel, Business Travel International and Sita-Western Union.
Apart from his experience, Richard possesses a range of certifications that attest to his expertise in the field. He holds a master’s degree in computer application and is a certified Prince 2 practitioner, Cisco professional, ITSM, Robotics & automation and data analytics expert, trained ISO 27001 LA, ISO 14064, ISO 9001 and adept in Life Cycle Assessment. He also has extensive exposure on ITGC, HIPPA, SOX, GRC and SOC Compliance.
Richard’s unique blend of expertise in technology, standard development, carbon markets, climate change mitigation & adaptation, policies and regulations, enables him to provide guidance to organizations seeking to implement sustainable practices and make a positive impact. His leadership has been instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives and digital transformation, and building a greener economy in India.
